In order to satisfy a variety of markets, we grow various potato varieties.

Russet Burbank, Gem Russet, Gold Rush Russet, Russet Norkotah and Highlite Russet are a long shaped, white fleshed variety. These are a great multi-purpose potato that is suitable for baking, mashing and frying.

Superior potatoes are a round, white fleshed tuber. These can be planted and harvested earlier than the previously mentioned varieties. They are great for boiling and mashing.
